Absolutely loved this hotel, staff amazing so helpful from moment we arrived to moment we left. It was a birthday celebration and they really spolit me. It's not often we get to do this as a couple and they made it really special. Drinks lovely, bar upstairs with views. Room spacious and lovely decor. Would definitely stay again! Location brilliant. We stayed at the ned last year and this was miles better! Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Our stay at Vintry & Mercer was exceptional from start to finish. As Amex Platinum members, we were graciously offered a complimentary upgrade to a Studio, which immediately set the tone for a memorable experience. Beyond the beautifully appointed room and the understated luxury of the property, what truly distinguished this stay was the team. The staff embody true hospitality: attentive without being intrusive, genuinely warm, and consistently thoughtful. Every interaction felt personal, effortless, and sincere, the kind of service that elevates a hotel from excellent to outstanding. Vintry & Mercer manages to combine refined comfort with a human touch that is increasingly rare. Our only regret is that our stay had to come to an end. We very much look forward to returning.

Beautiful luxurios boutique hotel located less than 5 minutes away from the tube station and good walking distance to Tower Bridge and St. Paul’s cathedral. We had a standard double room and it was perfect - very clean, great housekeeping, comfortable bed, big shower and enough space in the bathroom to put your things on surfaces. We didn’t book breakfast but used room service for coffee or single breakfast options almost daily and it was brought super quick. I would also like to mention that staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was very quiet, no noises from outside or inside the hotel were heard! There’s a great speakeasy bar down the stairs in the hotel building which serves very creative cocktails and has a nice atmosphere. There’s only two very little things that I would say are improvable: The toilet seats are out of a wooden material(?) which I personally don’t find very hygienic. Even though they were very clean, there were some water stains on them that you probably can’t get off from cleaning. Also there’s no hooks in the hotel room, the closet would normally be big enough for a quick city trip but I prefer a hook or small coat rack for my winter coats. All in all I can still say that we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend and come back for our next visit in London!

Well….. what a stay! From the moment our feet hit the pavement outside V&M we were greeted with such warmth, welcome and smiles from every single staff member. We travelled to London as a family to attend a christening at St Paul’s Cathedral. Firstly, location is 5**** a stones throw from the river and from where we needed to be. We arrived early and the front desk team went above and beyond as we were able to access our room early to change for the ceremony. The room was incredible, the little touches for our girls - flannels, bath sets each, a book this hotel really goes the extra mile. We felt extremely welcomed as a family, it seems they treat everyone the same and my husband and I would love to return just the two of us. We had breakfast both mornings and it was delicious. The free mini bar was extremely welcomed as we returned back late and wanted a drink when our girls were asleep. Thank you so much Vintry & Mercer we will be back!

A truly remarkable stay. From the very first minute, Fabiana and the whole team made us feel at home. They are professional, warm and genuinely enjoy what they do. I’ve worked in hospitality for many years and, honestly, I’d hire all of them — they have that perfect balance of efficiency and kindness that truly makes a difference. The room was spacious, very quiet, and had independent heating that worked perfectly without any noise. The bed, the materials and the amenities were all high quality; every detail is carefully thought through. The location in the heart of the City is a huge advantage: on weekends the area is especially peaceful. For those of us who visit London often, having this little oasis of calm while still being close to the more touristic areas is a real luxury. I’ll definitely be back and I recommend it 100%.

A beautiful, stylish boutique hotel with a cozy charm. We had five rooms/suites, and all were very clean, beautifully furnished, and very well-equipped. The staff were all very friendly, always helpful, and courteous. We felt completely at ease. We also really enjoyed being able to watch the light show of The Shard from our beds at night.

Wonderful boutique hotel. My room was cozy, well appointed and smartly designed. High quality towels and bedding. Excellent bathroom with a rainfall showerhead. Special shout-out to the superb staff, including an Italian front desk attendant who volunteered to find an open nail salon for me, and Hamid, a true treasure who was warm and eager to help with anything I needed. Easy access to the Tate Modern and the delightful Borough Market and the many delectable discoveries within. Would stay again, with pleasure.

We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary, and it made the occasion feel really special. The welcome was warm and genuine, and we were kindly given a complimentary room upgrade. A box of sweets was even hand delivered to us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. All the staff were friendly and attentive, with a special thanks to Hamid, the concierge, who truly stood out We’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.
